These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and mobile application operated by Adalso (BAM Trading Services Inc., NMLS ID: 1906829, 252 NW 29th Street 10th FL, STE 1014, Miami, FL 33127) (collectively, the "Platform"), including all related content, features, software, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). Adalso is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Information contained in the MSB registration is provided directly by the registrant. FinCEN does not recommend, approve, or endorse any business that registers as an MSB, and does not verify the accuracy of the information submitted. These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy, available at https://adalso.com/terms.html.

1. Who we are

Adalso provides software tools for viewing and organizing cryptocurrency market information, with an emphasis on Binance market data. Adalso is a technology product — not a broker, exchange, bank, or investment advisor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Adalso. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts and access

Some features may require registration or an access request. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@adalso.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Market data and no financial advice

Prices, charts, volumes, and other market information shown in Adalso may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Data may come from third-party sources and can change without notice.

• Adalso does not provide investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.
• Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell any asset.
• You alone decide how to use information and accept the risk of trading decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, overload, or disrupt Adalso infrastructure or feeds;
• reverse engineer or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

6. Intellectual property

Adalso, including its design, branding, software, and content we create, is owned by Adalso or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes in line with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the product without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

Adalso may link to or display data from third parties such as exchanges or charting providers. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or data accuracy. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

Adalso is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adalso and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Adalso will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Adalso against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the platform, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Adalso at any time.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
